Honey
This current batch of honey is from the fall harvest with pollens of buckwheat, vegetable blooms, & blackberry. This is raw and unfiltered honey to ensure the natural pollens stay in tact. This means that this honey may crystalize. To decrystallize honey, add jar to hot water for 5-10 minutes. This local PNW honey is great for seasonal allergies, and delicious on toast, charcuterie boards, paired with fresh fruit, ice cream, and so much more!
This honey is made with the hard work of very happy bees. My bees live on a beautiful organic farm in Glacier, Washington. Bud & Bloom Botanicals grows and locally sources each part of our products to support our community, grow support for pollinators, and strengthen the planet.
