Shipping & Returns

Hey OhGoody User!

Here are the basics: Each OhGoody seller has their own shipping and return policies. If you have not received your product on time, would like to return your product or would like a refund, please contact the seller of your product. When reaching out to any seller on OhGoody, use good judgement and abide by our community guidelines. If the seller of your product is unresponsive, please reach out to support@ohgoody.com. A member of our support team will usually get back to you within 48 hours. Please know that a real member of OhGoody's support team will NEVER ask for your personal information.

Shipping: Each OhGoody seller has their own methods and policies for shipping. OhGoody does not create or distribute any Products. OhGoody is simply the venue that allows for buyers to purchase products listed on OhGoody.com. Every OhGoody seller is solely responsible for shipping products to you and fulfilling your orders. Any estimates provided by OhGoody relating to shipping dates and times are simply estimates and not guarantees. Inquiries relating to problems with the way your order was shipped or when it was delivered should be brought up with the seller of the product.

Returns: Each OhGoody seller also has their own return policies, which will be outlined in their Store Policies. Not all OhGoody sellers accept returns. If you reside in the European Union, you may be entitled to a fourteen (14) day “right of withdrawal”, during which you may return a Product for any reason.

Cancellations: Only OhGoody sellers can cancel a transaction. You may request that a seller cancel an order via the communication tools available on the Site. When communicating on OhGoody, use good judgement and abide by our community guidelines.

OhGoody is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and OhGoody does not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore out of OhGoody’s control.
