The first Good Food Award winning honey in the state. Biodynamic rose petals from Happy Heart Farm CSA in Fort Collins are gently stirred into out alfalfa/wildflower honey and left to infuse for the summer.  The result is a subtle rose scented and flavored utterly delicious honey.  It is simply stunning with a warm brie or goat cheese.  Great on ice cream.  We love it drizzled on whipped cream topped hot cocoa, too.  A rare honey that is limited by the amount of rose petals we can harvest annually.
