Fulfilling Orders on OhGoody

When a customer places an order for one of your products, the order will appear on the "Orders" page of your vendor portal. To fulfill the order, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Orders" page on your vendor portal. 
    1. To get to the "Orders" page, simply log into your vendor dashboard, and click on the "Orders" tab, or click here and we will take you there.
  2. Here, you can view all of the orders made to your storefront. Find the one that you have yet to fulfill, and click on it. 
    1. This will take you to the "Order details" page.
  3. On the "Order details" page, you can print a shipping label for the order. To do this, find the section labeled "Shipping label" under the main order information.
    1.  Then, specify the parameters of the package (length, width, height, weight) and click the "Create label" button. This will create both a shipment for the order and the shipping label.

Now that you have created a shipping label for the order, you can print it out.

  1. To print the shipping label, simply press the "Print label" button (labels are available in PDF format as well).
  2. To set up tracking for the parcel, click the tracking number in the "Shipping information" section. You will then be redirected to the carrier's tracking page.
