Sleep soundly all night with this earthy blend of herbs. A calming and sedative blend of florals with California poppy, lavender, and chamomile blended smoothly with the earthy citrus flavor of lemon balm. This tea can be very effective for people who struggle with insomnia. Remember to listen to your body and how it responds to new herbs! Do not take this tea if you are pregnant.
Use about 2 TBSP per cup of tea. A sampler size makes 6-10 cups of tea. Full size makes 10-15 cups of tea.
